The integration with EOSC Helpdesk comprises several steps you have to follow:
- Choose the integration option. ( If you don't know which integration option to choose check the article Integration Options with EOSC Helpdesk.)
- Request the integration with EOSC Helpdesk. To request the integration you could simply send a mail to help@eosc-portal.eu with Subject: "Integration with Helpdesk" or use the helpdesk extension form in the providers portal.
- Negotiate your requirements and specifications. The duration and complexity of this step strongly depends on your requirements, expectations, adopted workflows for user support and selected integration option.
